The statue is 84.5cm high and 32cm long, weighing 25,750g. It was originally in Shui Yue Temple. It has been handed down from ancient times.

Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva has eleven head sculptures of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. The sculptures represent the ten levels of Buddhism. This stature can be said a masterpiece of the Tang Dynasty. It reflects the spread and development of Buddhism in East Gansu along the Silk Road, especially in Tianshui.
